In Old Pendelton County,SC One Margaret Martin Signed for The Marriage Of HGer Daughter to a CRENSHAW.Out Of These Marriages There were at Least 3 Chenshaw & Martin Marriages.(These are MINE)> However.a John Martin That Had Entered into Halifax County had Married a Margaret...???????.and from THIS Marriage Came One Of My MARTIN Familys......................Margaret Martin Whom 1st Married William FINN,and Secondly a Thomas Denning. Some Of My Ancestors and KIN Lived at Onetime Not Only in Old Pendelton and Pickens County,But also a Margaret Martin That Lived along The Littl;e Saluda River Near Little Brushy Creek.One Of These Kin was a Joshua SMITH who Was a Famous Preacher and He Eventually Hung Himself in That Area.
