ABT 1836 GA I believe the household of another son Asa Griffin (b. ABT 1820 GA) & 1st wife Sarah (b. ABT 1822 GA) are listed as household #1008 in the same county census. I also believe another son William J. Griffin (b. ABT 1824) & wife Mary (b. ABT 1829) is there as household #952. I believe William J. (John) Griffin, who married Mary Ann Palmore 26 Dec 1847 in nearby Cherokee Co., is my ancestor.
