Martin married in Forsyth County in 1840 to a young woman who lived there yet I can't find him living in the county. I believe the census was enumerated at the time they were married so maybe that explains it. However, his sister marries 18 months later in 1842 in Forsyth County. Where was she living and with whom? I am assuming there must have been family nearby but I haven't been able to find them. I search the censuses to see who fits the age range and could be a possible fit. So far all the other Martin families are accounted for. <Sigh> Ellen
