I have some family stories in my files and in my head that have been shared with me. I have the articles page but I thought a " family story page" might be interesting if you have some to share. If you already have them online I would just link to them. For examle Irene's grandmother told her that when she was first married they went to Alabama by horseback, but they didn't like it so they came back and settled in Forsyth County. This wuld have been Eliza Wofford Wallis. Donna
Donna, I like the idea of the family story, also would you send me the email address of the Irene you referred to as I am related to them also. John Wallis and Hannah Wofford are my 5th great grandparents. Their son William married Elizabeth Wofford. Elizabeth was Hannah's niece. To shorten the lineage. Eula Maggie Wallis and Alvin Clark were my great grandparents. I would love to exchange information with her..
