    3. Other options listed want work. On the 1830 she is a talley mark under Isaac Casey. On the 1840 she is still a talley mark under Isaac but I can't find them yet. On the 1850 well she is Hix Martin's wife then and is living in his house hold with him and shows up a Margaret Martin. Can't seem to find out where Isaac died so can't find a will. Same with estate papers No known bible record as of yet. How would I search Forsyth Co. GA Deeds is there a book published that shows a extracted version of this avaliable yet? Hix was Methodist so I am hoping that Margaret would have been to and did not just converet over after her marriage to Hix. Does anyone have access to the early as in 1800-1850 Methodist church records for Cumming GA? Help............................PLEASE!!! 3. The original marriage application where they name the father (most are not available) Can someone help you to check to see if this choice is avalible in my case for Hix Martin and Margaret Casey for 1844 Forsyth Co. GA Town of Cumming. it should be dated sometime around the same date as the License itself I would assume. Jan. 5th 1844 D. M. Cay or Coy Ordinary They were then joined on Jan. 7th, 1844 by W. D. Williams MG Book No. A page 190. I hold photos of these folks. 3. This is what I though someone on this list asked about the Blaylock surname and I have information on a Blalock in a book in that same area of research which may help that person. 1. [GAFORSYT] Records: questions
    2. <<An affidavit giving permission to marry if they are underage>> How young is underage in the mid 1800s in GA? <<A Return on an estate where there was no will that shows shares paid to heirs.>> When one dies without a will (intestate) where do you go to find these records? In 1860 my gggrandfather died. I know his children received shares of his land as I found the land deeds where they sold the property to their step father in the 1870s. I would assume that where there isn't a will I could find missing information like his married daughter(s) last name. Where do I look for these records and what are they called: A return? Ellen

    2. Could Blalock and Blaylock be the same line? Could be: anything is possible. Even within this family some spell it BLALOCK and others spell it BLAYLOCK. Must be like my Pruitt line: Prewitt, Pruet, Pruitt... and my Harvey/Harvy all the same family just different variations on the spelling. Ellen

    3. So the town of Cumming is in Forsyth Co. GA, that is where my GGGrandparents married. Is there a sourse book for that area that tells who is buried in what cemeteries around this town? Also is there a history of this town online or in book form and if so what would the name of the book be?? I am trying to prove that Isaac Casey of the 1840 Census who lived two doors away from Hix Martin was the Father of Hix Martin's wife Margaret Casey. Please help me out a bit with this.
