Hello Kitty, Here is the info. on the people you mentioned. 1. Surviving soldiers of this county are asked to meet at J. PERRY'S Law Office for the purpose of organizing a Monumental Association. 2. James Perry was mentioned as, " Recruits Received in 1862." 3. Mrs. James Perry entertained a few friends at a bridge party Wednesday afternoon in Cave Spring at her beutiful home, " Sunshine." April 28, 1921. 4. Charlie Smith, age 63 died 4-2-1894, and was buried 4-3-1894 in Myrtle Hill Cem., Rome, GA. 5. Charles Smith and brothers, Col. William Smith, John Smith, and Elijah A. Smith were citizens who settled in Cave Spring, Vann's Valley, or Rome, GA. Charles Smith was Justice of the Piece in 1846. He was mentioned as an Old Settler with land transfers 1833-1835.
