By 1910 Black Rock had dwindled because of other militia dist. creations the 1248th and 1262nd in 1872. A good source is the 1914 Fayette County Map. A part of it would have been bound by Morning Creek on the East and Whitewater Creek on the West. Mt. Olive and New Hope Churches were located in the Dist. which was south of Kenwood and Helmer and North of Fayetteville. Robinson School is listed on the 1914 map. It was small about 22 landlots. Faytte Pavilion today would probably be located in the Black Rock Dist.(Militia Districts were used for census purposes. A Fayette County Map of today would show the district lines as well as current locations and streets. I am sure you can find a Fayette County Georgia map online somewhere. Hope this helps.
