The one you describe is an obvious one and I know there is one family listed twice and the HH shows different residents in each listing. Another case I know of in the 1850 for Fayette is that of my third Great-Grandfather - he died on 11 Oct 1850 but he is enumerated on this census and the page is dated after his death so I have assumed that the enumerator recopied pages later than the original enumeration date and errors were made.
