You have confirmed something that I had thought was correct for along time, for my family history. Charles C. Norton m: Sarah Tommie Stephens were my Great-grandparents (one of their daughters, Lucy Clyde Norton Lambert, was my Grandmother). Charles C. Norton was the son of Jenkins Joshua Norton m: Elizabeth Huckaby. So that indeed makes Martin Norton, Sr. my 3rd Great-grandfather.
