There a lot of Williams out there! Interesting on the directions. I'm in California so cannot check for you. I suggest you contact the Fayette County Historical Society. I'm a life member. They are online. Mention to the helpful folks there that the directions in their book (the Society put it out) seem to be wrong. I would think one of the members would check it out for you.
