From the 1870 census you posted, I finally have approx. ages of his children: William "Bill" L. Wheeler b c 1853 married Sarah Jane? Tapley b 9-6-1856 d 9-2-1885 per the Tapley Book; White B.b 4-2-1856 d 1-4-1922 buried in Wheeler Cemetery married Mary Maddox 11-22-1874 b 11-11-1859 d 10-28-1944 buried same. (Anyone know who her parents were?); Elila is Delilie "Lila" who married Dr. Thomas Kea on 8-24-1875. The census shows she was 12; however, her obit from 1903 states her birthday was 4-15-1849 (anyone know more about this? or her family?); Shade J. b 4-1-1861 d 5-25-1920 married Shapronic "Fronie" Smith b 4-18-1866 d 10-25-1937 both buried in Wheeler Cemetery. (Does anyone know who her parents were or what Boyd she married after Shade's death?); No additional info on Bennet; Margaret-I show as "Maggie" married Make Adams(anything further on this family?); and I also show a daughter, Jennie? Eva The Make Adams that Maggie Wheeler married was Malcom Lee Adams born Aug. 16, 1876 and died Jan. 06, 1955. There were no children born to Maggie and Make Adams. They are both buried in the Adams Cemetary #5 Montgomery Co. Ga. I have a lot of information on the ADAMS families of Montgomery County. I also have that Shade J.
