Thanks, Carol, It's possible that he was not issued a Death Certificate that early. I've discovered that as late as 1930 some did not have Death certificates. Again thanks. An after thought: On the 1910 Laurens Co he was listed as Willis M. I'm sure you would have picked up on that, however, if a Willis Scarborough 1924 were listed.
