Although there was no Logan listed with them on the 1880 Emanuel County Census, there was a 14-year-old son named Eleazor. It is thought that he and Logan are the same person. It is believed that Eleazar COWART, age 14 on the 1880 Emanuel County Census, is the same person as Logan COWART, age 34, husband of Josie, on the 1900 Census and Logan COWART, age 44, on the 1910 Emanuel County Census.
