Question: Who were the parents of Martha J. WOODS, second wife of Cicero PEEBLES? She was born Dec. 10, 1863 (Cemetery book, pg. 307). Possibility: John L. WOODS and Jemima FLANDERS had a daughter named Martha who was born around 1864 (1870 & 1880 census). Are the two Marthas one in the same?
