Can anyone help with wife the family of James R. TURNER (1859 - 1925) and Susan T. CLARK (1864 - 1950) of Emanuel Co.? I show 17 children from their marriage, which I doubt very much is correct, and I am trying to straighten is out. Both are buried at Elam. Thanks. Richard

Richard, In the 1880 census Richard was married at 22 and had 12 living children: 2 had left home one of which was Susan then there was: Henrietta 19, Elizabeth 16, James 14, Alex 12, Lester 10, Laura 9, Emma 7, Robert 5, Marge 3, and Thomas 1.
