Obit of Leo BOATWRIGHT Forest-Blade 30 Aug 1972 Funeral services for Leo Boatwright of Augusta will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday from the chapel of Poseys Funeral Home in North Augusta. The Rev. J. Edward Adams will officiate and burial is to be in Hillcrest Memorial Park. The native of Emanuel County died Tuesday in an Augusta hospital. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Advent Christian Church. Surving are one son, Leo W. Boatwright of Augusta; his father, Moses W. Boatwright of Augusta; his mother, Mrs. Annie B.Nelly of Canton, Texas; two brothers, Arlis D. Boatwright of Marietta and Randell B. Boatwright of Augusta; and one sister, Mrs. Eloise B. Gay of Augusta.
