My Grandmother is Francis Jones she married John Kirby Lastinger, Children:: Janie V Lastinger, Florence Lasinger, Annie Lastinger, Paul Lastinger and John Lastinger. Lived in the Bowling Green, Desoto, Florida and Volusia, Florida areas. (Who is living today from this family line?) My father whom is the son of Janie V Lastinger is still living age 84 and still in Florida. He is very interested in knowing his family and the history. Francis Jones was her maiden name Born abt 1875 in Florida. She lived with her family in 1880 in Volusia, Florida Precinct 5. Her father William Jones mother Eliza Knight Jones and siblings Ann Jones, Frank Jones, John Jones, Virgil Jones, Henry Jones Benjamin Jones, Callie Jones and William Jones. (My father had no clue his grandmother was a Jones) She re-married John H Baxter in September 11, 1904 and passed away in Palm Beach County, Florida. Any help re-guarding the Jones family or her birth children's Lastinger family, would make my 84 year old sharp as a tack fathers day! :o) He also re members many things about grandmother Jones and his mother that may help some other family member.
