Denise, Hi, I found my Walker file, it is for Elisha Walker b 1761 who married Elizabeth Bower. Sorry, but your W.B. Walker and Ella Fair are not in the file. There is a Jeremiah Walker and a Lott Walker who married a Mary Walton in the early 1800's so they may be related to the same family as Anne Walker who married Charles Kimball. Sorry I can't help.
