    3. My line from John Choice Hall and Margaret "Peggy" Rowell" is through Juniper P. Hall and Martha C. Durden: Juniper P. "Dube" Hall, b 14 March 1847 in Swainsboro, GA , d 26 July 1927 at the Old Soldiers Home in Jacksonville, FL. He is buried in the Old City Cemetery - Confederate Soldiers Plot- in Jacksonville, FL. The residence on the death cert is "Old Confederate Soldiers Home" and the informant is the Supt of the home. According to his obit in the Florida Times Union (27 July 1927) he had come to Jacksonville seven years before with his son John Hall from Bradford Co, FL. Juniper served in Co D, 27th GA battallion. Juniper married Martha C. Durden, daughter of Stephen Durden and Mary A. Lumley in Emanuel Co, Ga on 7 December 1865 (Bk B, p123). Martha was b March 1845 in Emanuel Co and d aft 1910 prob in Bradford Co, FL. I have been unable to find her grave. Children of Juniper and Martha (Durden) Hall: --Mary A. Hall, b 1866 in Emanuel Co --John Francis "Dood" Hall, b 11 January 1868 in Swainsboro, GA. Married 1908 to Dora Belle Gay (Line to follow) --Infant Hall, b bet 1869-1872 --Ella Hall, b May 1872 in Emanuel Co d aft 1920.
