Does anyone know the parents of Solomon FAIRCLOTH born about 1861? He appears in the 1880 census with William GAUFF (sic) and married Minnie PIERCE August 4, 1881. I thought at one time that Solomon was the child of Enoch James FAIRCLOTH and Rachel HAYES, but he does not appear with them in the 1870 census. Any ideas?
