Good question, Carol. An Emeline/Amelia "Millie" Moore was the daughter of Rosanna/Lourana Moore (some say Lourana was a Mosley); father possibly named Joseph Moore. This Millie Moore had several children out of wedlock. This is a mysterious family, and I have been trying for years to put it all together. As far as I can tell, Millie never married. I'm not positive that she is the same Millie Moore who was the mother of your Lewis. When I have more time, will send you what I have, but it's too complicated for me to work with today.
