On the back of her Head marker it reads Mother of. Jas B Flora A Russell Jno A Duncan A Jackson I would think that all of these children were Jackson'S. I found in Robeson Co, N.C.1880 Census John A Jackson b. 1855 single, living with John A. Wilkes b. 1841 and his wife Sarah and two children Sallie A Wilkes 9 and David G Wilkes 3. In 1850 Census Robeson co, N.C. pg 326 Mark Wilkes age 35 Anny age 25 Angus 12 Lucy 12 John 10 Mary 6 Neill 8 Sarah 4 William 5 mo It appears that John and Lucy were brother and sister and John A. Jackson son of Lucy and Andrew Jackson was living with his uncle. This would make Lucy and John Red Horse first Cousins. possible???
