I found this record at Google books, from "Ga intestate Records" by Jeanette Holland Austin: Hall, Patrick, orph. of Geneper Hall Sr, Isaac M. Norman, gdn, 5/5/1828, Emanuel. So, this means that he was a minor in 1828, under the age of 21. Since he is supposedly not Martha Thigpen's son, he would have to have been born abt 1808-1811 to be under 21 at the time of this record. I am changing his birthdate to 1810 in my records. Does anyone have any information on Isaac M. Norman? Thanks for any help. Carol B. Miller
