Hi all, I would be more than glad to come help as would several genealogy/ Historical society friends from my area.(south of Tallahassee Florida in Wakulla County) many of us have roots there, and are seeing the same situation repeated all over this area. Actually our Wakulla County Historical Society upon hearing about the problem volunteered to come and move the documents, but I don't think you want the records stored in a museum just south of Tallahassee Florida. I began the original question on this site as a cousin in Swainsboro had heard records had been moved and knew I was planning a trip there to do research. Please let me know if you decide to work on the issue, as I have ancestors and living family there and plan to be up that way in a bit to do research. Again would be glad to lend two more pair of hands to the work. I am Descendent of; Cook's, Daniel's, Lane's, Kirkland's to name a few. Linda D.
