This village contains a home place and cotton gin. Contents of home & warehouse will be sold in two days. Home place has been occupied up until a few months ago by the same family. The cotton gin has been locked down for many years and undisturbed. Contents of home place contains all furnishings which includes antique dining room suite, breakfast set, appliances, lamps, tables, linens, piano, cedar chest, porch furniture, upholstered furniture. Large collection of depression glass, Fostoria, pressed glass, silver chandeliers, jewelry, and kitchen items are also included. A greenhouse and contents will be sold and also the contents of two outside storage buildings. Cotton gin contains cotton weighing equipment and heavy hand trucks. Old sawmill equipment and heart pine lumber will be sold. Old equipment used for plowing with mules and some newer implements will be sold. Included will also be an old wagon.
