I think the John M. Edenfield living next door to Jesse and Rhoda in 1860 is Jesse's 1st cousin, John M. (1829-1884) s/o David and Cynthia (Mobley) Edenfield) m. Nancy E. Strange (1832-2894). Note their first child is named Cynthia after John's mother. I don't show Jesse with a brother John. If I'm wrong please let me know and I'll make corrections. Hope this helps. I have the FTM 2005 and yes it has notes. At the bottom of each name you can choose Edit or Spouse or Scrapbook or Web Search. If you choose Edit you have choices of General which you always had, then Notes or Medical or Address or Options. This version has a lot of new features. Kelli: I would love to have a copy of the house on Rountree Street. When I was in grammar school, we lived on South Rountree Street in a big white house with a wrap around porch.
