She was delivered by Dr. Nunez. In a previous posting, I noticed that the town of Nunez was named after a Dr. Nunez that came over during Oglethorpe's time (1733) and was from Portugal and was instrumental in the Jewish movement in Savannah as well as providing medical services for the Colony. My question: Is the Emanuel county Dr. Nunez related to the Dr. Nunez that was in the original colony? Does anyone have the "tree" on the Emanuel county Nunez?

Does anyone have access to cemetery books for Candler County Georgia? Looking for Missouri Youngblood Curl. She was living with daughter Annie Brinson (widow) in the 1920 census. Thanks, Bob Adams
It is wise to also every once in a while to burn your database (filename.ftw) to a CD for safe keeping so you always have an updated version to reload on your computer in case . . . . . x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x/x Excellent advice, Andy. I back up my FTM files a minimum of weekly onto a CD. Haven't had to use it yet, (knock on wood), but you can't be too careful, especially where several years of work are involved. Bill Brown
Obit for Myrtice Fields Dublin Courier Herald 22 Feb 1974 Allenhurst--Funeral services for Mrs. Myrtice Duke Fields, 52, are to be held this afternoon at three oclock in the Lothair United Methodist Church in Lothair. Burial will be in the Fowler Cemetery in Treutlen County and Sammons Funeral Home, of Soperton, has charge of the rites. Mrs. Fields, a native of Soperton, had lived in Allenhurst for 14 years. A member of the Lothair United Methodist Church, she died Wednesday in a Hinesville hospital after a brief illness. Her survivors are her husband, John Clark Fields, of Allenhurst, two sons, Elmo Fields of Hinseville, and Ken Fields of Allenhurst; her mother Mrs. Lizzie Hammock of Allenhurst; a sister Mrs. Faye Kondasdh, of Charleston, S.C.; one brother, Roy Gene Dukes of Soperton; two stepsons, Ira Hammock of Soperton, and H.D. Hammock of Dublin, two stepsisters, Mrs. Ruby Tapley, of Savannah, and Mrs. Ila Mae Shurling of Macon.
If you find your FTM please don't install it until you copy your FTM database to another drive or folder. Because when you completely reinstall FTM there is a possibility of losing all your hard work. Always keep your files that end with .ftw in a different folder than the FTM program. This way you will not lose the data you have entered in your Family Tree Maker program. It is wise to also every once in a while to burn your database (filename.ftw) to a CD for safe keeping so you always have an updated version to reload on your computer in case the computer hard drive gets too full and does what most people calls crashes because there isn't enough room on their hard drive for the Operating System to open and Windows to start. Most tecnicians will reformat your hard drive and your information is lost.
