    3. Does anyone know the parents of Solomon FAIRCLOTH born about 1861? He appears in the 1880 census with William GAUFF (sic) and married Minnie PIERCE August 4, 1881. I thought at one time that Solomon was the child of Enoch James FAIRCLOTH and Rachel HAYES, but he does not appear with them in the 1870 census. Any ideas? By googling RJ & RS Co we found at Ebay the following: "Rare Large Size Advertising Figural Shoe Knife - Star Brand Shoes Brass Scales-blade marked RJ & RS Co. - Germany" Has anyone else found similar advertising for Star Brand Shoes in your Emanuel County research? 3. Claudia, Many thanks for reminding us all of the value of the Emanuel County Cemetery Book. Unfortunately, at this time, my copy is in Oak Park, and I am in Falls Church, VA. After three phone calls to my parents, today, I am led to understand (???) that there is no Dellwood Cemetery in Emanuel Co., and that Dellwood community is north of Swainsboro, just outside Emanuel County. However, google tells me differently, and my Georgia state map tells me nothing. What's a girl to do? Can you confirm for me that Dellwood Cemetery is/is not in Emanuel Co.? If I'm to buy another Coleman book, I, at least, want to purchase the correct one!
