William, I have a Martha T. Scott that was born about 1843 in Elbert Co. I do not know who she married, but her parents were Lawson Scott (1803-1849) and Martha "Patsy" Taylor (ca. 1803-?). Lawson and Patsy had these othere children: William Thompson Scott, Jesse W., Barden L., Mary E., James Lafayette, and Lawson R. Scott. Could there be any connection to the Martha Scott and Elbert Thompson you mentioned?
