Dear Listmembers: I don't like having to do what I am about to do but I have no other choice. Since this involves genealogy, I hope I don't hear about it. In September, I ordered maps from the SRVGS @ a cost of $23.00. I waited and waited for my order. Finally, I called the very nice people at the Hartwell Library and they gave a the name of someone they felt was responsible for orders, etc....I emailed this person and he emailed me back Oct 11, 2000, saying he would check into my order. Well, needless to say, I am still waiting. This person never responded to my emails after my first one. I have sent several emails but never a response. Is there anyone on the list that knows someone on the SRVGS, that is responsible that might help me to resolve this. Three months is long enough to have to wait without knowing what is happening. If someone out there is from SRVGS, help me to understand what is going on and feel free to contact me.
