Does anyone have a copy of the will of John Rowzee who was born circa 1741 in Virginia and whose will was proved 14 Sep 1815 in Elbert County, GA naming his wife Mary Foster, d/o Edmond Foster and Tabitha Collins and his children by her, and three daughters born 1776, 1785 and 1789, whose mother was a Miss Bond.
