I am sending my brick wall out again. I am trying to separate two James M. BUTLERs who were born in Elbert Co. GA 1811-1813, lived in Shelby and Coosa Co. AL until about 1850. One of them is James Madison Butler who died in 1855 in Shelby Co. AL. The other James M. BUTLER moved to Walker Co. AL and then to Decatur Co. TN and lived until at least 1891. These two people have such similar information that I am having great difficulty separating the two. If you are researching James M.
