John J. MARTIN b. abt 1840 married Mary T. Stalnaker b. 1842 and married on 10-1-1867 in Elbert Co. I'm looking for siblings and parents of John J. MARTIN. These Martins lived in Elberton. According to the census of 1920, John J. was born in S.C. and Mary Stalnaker in GA. I have also been unable to definitively connect Mary to the other STALNAKER's from the area, although the 1860 census of Hart Co. lists a Mary T. living with Benjamin and Eliza Stalnaker, (both of whom were born in SC). Does anyone connect with this lineage? Janet
