William ALSTON was born 25 Dec 1736 in North Carolina, the son of Solomon and Nancy (Hinton) Alston. He married his cousin, Charity Alston (1738-1823), daughter of James and Christian (Lillington) Alston. William and Charity Alston settled in Elbert Co., GA where William is said to have died in 1810. I have the following children as being born to them: 1. James Alston (b.ca 1762) 2. William H.
