My material is definitely a Work in Progress and as such is (unfortunately) subject to errors. In my Taliaferro Database, I have a notation that one Hiram GAINES married Margaret "Peggy" TALIAFERRO and had a son Hiram "Heirome" GAINES who married September 26, 1792, Albemarle County, Virginia Ann Thompson ADAMS. The Gaines that I am researching have a couple of linkes to the Taliaferros.
