Jane Glass filed a confederate war widow's pension application in Baker County on March 19, 1864. Signing an affidavit for her as to her identity was Charity Sapp and Sarah Ann Hair. We know that Jane Glass was a Sapp. She married James Glass in Leon County, Fl. Charity Sapp was surely a relative, but was Sarah Ann Hair. Probably a sister, don't you think. Also Greenberry Pyle was in Early County in, I believe, 1850 with Basheba. I think he was born in Alabama in 1820.
