Please excuse the multiple messages. I need info regarding the Florida & Georgia state line. I know it moved around from time to time over a period of many, many years before it was finally settled. I am researching in Gadsden Co, FL and Decatur Co, FL. It would be helpful to know more about where and when the state line was located. For instance, I know a person could have been born in what we now know as Florida, but at the time of their birth, it was known as Georgia. If anyone has any info on this or can tell me where to find some, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
