Flat Creek Missionary Church (established in 1847) is located on the Three Notch Road in Miller County, Georgia. The Flat Creek Cemetery joins the church yard. From Blakely go south on SR39 (Lucile Rd.) and turn left on Three Notch Road. Continue on this road through Centerville (four way stop). The church and cemetery are on the left. From Colquitt take US 27N and turn left on the Griggs-Lucille Road which intersects with the Three Notch Road. Turn right. Church and cem are on right. From Donalsonville take SR91N and they turn left on Three Notch Road.
