My Tiner family is shown in Early, Baker, then Miller Counties in GA. I'm thinking they didn't move, but the borders did. Does anyone know if Colquitt, Miller Co, GA was part of Baker Co? I know Baker came from Early. Tammy: Yes, Miller County was created from parts of Baker and Early Counties in 1856 so it is quite possible your ancestors never moved, only the county lines.
