I am hoping someone has a copy of the 1830 Early County Census with William Tiner information and can forward this information to me, with the name of the man below and above him, if possible. It's on 34-265 according to index. I received information on John Tyner 34-270 in index. I'm trying to determine if William could be John's brother or father. My William bought a parcel of land situate, lying and being in the (8) Eighth District of originally Early now Baker County, known & distinquished in the plan of said District by the number (7) seven containing two hundred and fifty (250) acres more or less, to have and to hold unto to him the said William Tiner his heirs and assigns forever in fee simple from Neil McLegan in 1848. Figure he was born about 1820. John Tyner was in Early County, GA on 1830 census with 1 male 20-29 1 male less than 5 1 female 20-29 2 females 5-9 2 females 0-4 1840 Early CO, GA census for John (William is not on census index): 1 male 40-50 1 male 0-4 1 male 5-10 1 male 10-15 1 female 40-50 1 female 0-5 2 females 5-10 2 females 10-15 1 female 15-20 So he has 3 sons and 6 daughters? or some daughter-in-laws or son-in-laws. 1850 in Walton CO, FL census: Tiner/Tyner John 52 SC, Ellender 45 TN, TINER, Mary 26 F Miss. Mary Fannel who married James? gone in 1860 James 24 M Farmer Georgia (gone from 1860) Sarah 17 F Georgia Mary 16 F Georgia (gone from 1860) John D. 13 M Georgia (gone from 1860) Adeline 11 F Georgia William 9 M Georgia (moved to Alabama as a man) Silas 7 M Georgia Bullard, Hanson 32 NC (gone from 1860 census but daughter Viola is) Elizabeth nee Tyner 22 GA (gone from 1860 census) Fannel, Mary married Tyner, James on 12 Mar 1825 in Early County, Georgia. Are these dates off or the ages on the census off? John and Ellender should not have two daughters named Mary so I figure one is James' wife. This is all leading to relatives of William Tyner, father of Lewis and William Wright Tiner of Early/Baker. Lewis and William can't decide where their father was born as they list NC on one census, TN on another and GA on another. Tammy Owen Bastrop CO, TX Owentk@aol.com
