Does anyone know where this courthouse was located? I assume it was just a militia district courthouse for small claims. E W Sanders was my grandfather & C R Sanders his brother. They were two of the children of James Richard Madison Sanders who was in Early Co Ga as a child as early as 1838. Lindy
