Anderson of said state and county being of sound mind and disposing memory make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking and annulling all others heretofore made by me. Item 1 I desire that my just debts, if any there be at the time of my death be paid as early as possible, by my executor hereafter named. Item 2 I give and bequeath to my eight children to wit, Rubi Rebecca Anderson, J.B. Anderson, W.H. Anderson, Collie Sue Anderson, Minni Lee Anderson, Robert C. Anderson, Jewell Myrtis Anderson, Nellie Marie Anderson, my entire estate both real and personal including all monies, notes, and all accounts, and all property of every description whatever, share and share alike. Item 3 It is my desire and I direct that my estate be kept together until the youngest child becomes of age, and that my children shall be educated, supported and maintained from the rents, prophits and use of my estate during his, her, or their majority. Item 4 I have all ready made provision for my two children from my first husband. Item 5 I hereby appoint my husband, J.W. Anderson executor of this my last will and testament, and do not require him to give bond, as such. I also constitute and appoint him the guardian of the property herein bequeathed to my said eight children, without giving bond. It is my desire and I direct that he live upon the farm together with the children, and manage them and their property to their best interest, and when the youngest child arrives at the age of twenty one years, that he divide my estate equally among them.
