Hi, I was just in Blakely and looked for info from the newspapers at the Courthouse. They have the papers but you can't make copies as they are so fragile. The library, however, does also have copies and you can make the copies from theirs. I never knew my grandparents ( my Mothers parents) but was thrilled to find the copies about them in some of the 1910 and 1920 newspapers. It gave info that we didn't know when it explained about their deaths. Hope this helps...my sister and I copied info from the courthouse papers by hand and later found out we could make regular copies at the library... MC
