D. AcAlister Mr. N. D. McAlister died at home near Midway Monday afternoon after a lingering illness of cancer. Funeral services were conducted at Midway Church Tuesday afternoon by Rev. R. G. P. McKinnon. The following served as pallbearers: JJ and LE Smith. , W.F. and CL Jones, EH Vaughn and SA McAlister. Mr. McAlister was 57 years old, and is survived by his wife and following children: Mrs. E. H. Vaughn and Mrs. W. R. Brown, Pulaski County, Mrs. W. F. Jones and Mrs. L. E. Smith of near Eastman: S J McAlister of Texas: W S McAlister, of Indiana, N. F. McAlester of Pulaski County.
