Looking for a Will C./William C. Collins who was living in Telfair or Dodge county, Georgia in 1885. Will did a write up on the death of John 'Ganser' Spires in a Dodge county newspaper in August 1885. Need to find out how he relates to this John Spires whose wife, Sarah ___? died before him..
