I guess when James Matthew died my grandma Pearl went to live with the Wise's. She would have been 10 when he died. There was a big falling out between the Wise's and James over his marriage to Carrie. Apparently they were opposed to that marriage. I guess grandma was so young tho that she couldn't remember the facts and she died in 1953 so it has been a long time since my mom and aunt have heard the story. If anyone has photo's please share.
