I ahd been searching for Ross Thos Bart Baley for so long and discovered that He went by the name of Ross Weeks! Took me four years to find his family. Now the story given to me by his daughter was this.....Aunt Carrie was supposed to have wed this guy Baley and when she went with him to Savannah, she found out that he had another wife all ready that was called Blind Pearl. I do not know if perhaps she went down there to take care of this lady or what, but she came home and would never let this man around her son . When she wed the Parkerson guy her mom, Roxie kept her son Ross and raised him.I have not had any info on the girl Wileen or Willie, but her daddy was supposed to have been a F. Bartow Stubbs. Also the picture that our family has of Carrie shows her with two kids ,but this girl is too old to be the sister, Ross' daughter, Jeanette told me . She believes that this might be one of the Parkerson kids. If you could send me your phone number I can phone you an! d we can get in to this in more depth.
