Hello: I have been poking around on the internet and find that was a community called Flat Rock near Lithonia, GA. There is a new elementary school built on Evans Mill Rd., called Flat Rock elementary school. This is in S DeKalb GA and see if you can contact the Elementary School, the City of Lithonia, and see if they can tell you anything about this community. Contact the Atlanta History Center and see if they have any records on this community. May I pass these two letters on to a lady by the name of Mitchell who was a Masters before she married.
