Good Evening, So far this is all the infomation that I have on her, Catherine Franklin Tate B: 1838 She married Joseph Tate and had two sons, Lawernce Tate b: 1860 (he stayed in Thomas Co and had Four children of his own, I havent been able to locate him after the yr 1890. He is listed in the Court records in Thomas Co, Ga.) Robert Tate B: 1862 D: (?) he never married or had any children. Her parents are Abraham Franklin and Margaret McDonald, I dont know what happend to Joseph, When I looked in the 1870 Census record it only shows Catherine and the two boys (Thomas Co) I belive that maybe he went to the Civil War as his brother and nephew did, and he didnt make it. On Sept 27, 1877 her parents had her put in an aslyum. I havent heard or have been able to find her since, the boys went to live with her parents or from what I understand. I have a copy of the papers to have her put in the aslyum.
