Dear Don: I have been tracing the Kelly family you are referring to for years trying to locate a Phillip Kelly. A Phillip Kelly was my great grandfather.He married and later divorced Cadia Powell in Terrell Co. My grandfather was born in 1893 and Phillip left the family right after that and "was never heard from again". I have never been able to make a firm connection but have lots of info on that line including Hawthorne. James Kelly of SC b. 1797 married Milbray (?) Hawthorne.( My grandfather had a brother named James so that makes sense and also Phillip and Kate lived in SC for a while.) James and Milbray had a son Phillip b. 1832 married Selah Taylor. He had a son Phillip but I cannot find info on him. They also had a son Joshua b. 1835 married Flora Henry and they also had a son Phillip. Do you have anything on any Phillip? I will be glad to share what I have. It is on hard copy as I have never been able to prove it and add to my computer. Hope to hear from you and work on this. Thank you, Linda Hayes
